Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ezgi ÖZKUR was born in Beşiktaş and completed her high school education at 60. Yıl Anatolian High School in İzmir. She began attending Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2005 and graduated in 2011. That same year, she began her dermatology residency at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital.
He has been continuing his research in the field of dermatology since 2011. He worked as a dermatology specialist at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital between 2016 and 2021, and as the administrative manager of the dermatology department at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital between 2018 and 2019.
Since 2011, he has conducted research in many areas, including dermatological diseases, psychodermatology, and cosmetic dermatology. He has authored over 50 publications, four book translations, and two book chapters. He got married in 2012, his son was born in 2016, and his daughter was born in 2020.

In 2019, he took the written and oral exams and received the Turkish Board Certified (certificate of competence).
He received the title of associate professor in February 2021.
